On the afternoon of 29 July, anyone interested could visit the International Artist Residency “Pedvāle” to meet the artists of the July residency programme and view the works created during the residency.
The artists represented different fields of visual art: embroidery and drawings by Athanasia Karampela (Greece), drawings by Amanda Samimi (USA), video by Coalfather Industries (Craig Newsom and Kara Jansson) (USA) and Ruiqi Zhang (China), sculpture by Erik Nilson (USA), photo by Mingyue Liu (China), cultural heritage by Iza Moczarna Pasiek (Poland). On his turn, writer Christopher Linforth (Great Britain) presented his books and prose and poetry written in Pedvale.
