From 21 to 29 July, the 12th Plein-Air of Art Objects took place in Pedvāle Art Park, during which 5 objects of art were created by artists from Latvia, Lithuania and Denmark: “Without comments” by Jānis Gutāns- Grasis, “What’s behind your skin?” by Sanda Zeme, “Code” by Inga Raubaitė and Žilvinas Višinskas, “Rebirth of the Viking Boat” by Ole Lindqvist and Ieva Vītola Lindqvist, “Stones hanged out in a hay heap” by Ojārs Feldbergs.
The first plein-air of art objects “Firckspedvale talks `94” was held in Pedvāle in 1994 under the leadership of curator Ivars Runkovskis. This year marks 31 years since this event and, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia, the 12th plein-air of art objects was implemented.
