On August 5, an exhibition of paintings by Elmārs Orniņš was opened in the exhibition hall of the International Artists’ Residency, which gathered painters and interested parties. During the meeting with Hao Shi (USA/China), Yuan Lin (China) and Gašpar Malej (Slovenia), who are currently in residence, discussions were held on and around painting issues.
